Introducing our Ask A Loan Officer online chat tool.
Our chat hub allows several easy ways to connect with us outside of a branch. With our online chat options, you can connect with a local Union Bank representative by video, audio, phone or live chat. Here’s how each of the chat options work:
A Union Bank lender may appear on screen to help you. You may see us, but we won’t be able to see you unless you choose to share your video. To share your video, simply press the video icon at the top of the screen to enable it.
Speak with a Union Bank lender through your computer or smart device without video. We won’t be able to see you, and you won’t be able to see us. Just be sure to enable your microphone so we can hear you.
Enter your phone number. A chat window will appear and a Union Bank lender will give you a call so we can speak over the phone.
A chat box will appear with a Union Bank lender. You can type in whatever questions you have, and we’ll assist you through the chat box.
We can also guide you with Co-Browsing. The “Co-browse” feature is available through all chatting options. This allows us to help you navigate through our website, if needed, while you are chatting with us. For example, if you’re looking for specific information but having a hard time finding it on the page, ask us to Co-browse! An arrow will appear on the page with the name of the Union Bank lender assisting you, and you’ll be able to see them move the arrow as they guide you to what you need.
If at any time you would like to change a live chat to an audio or video chat, press the microphone or video icon at the top of the screen. By default, both the microphone and video icons are disabled while in live chat mode.
*Please note that connection type availability may vary.
