Banking by Phone with Union Bank’s Telebanking System
Telebanking is the easy way to bank by using any touchtone telephone. A clear and simple set of menus guide you through your phone banking session, allowing you to:
- Access account information
- Transfer funds
- Request a stop payment
- Access a loan calculator
- Secure check verification (for merchants)
- Report a lost or stolen Debit MasterCard™
- Access Union Bank Customer Service (during normal business hours)
To access account information, you need a (numeric) User ID and PIN (Personal Identification Number). The first time you access our telebanking system, you will be asked to input your full social security number and a bank account number. You will then be asked to establish a PIN and the bank account number that you just entered will be your initial User ID. Now enrolled in our Telebanking system, you may elect to change your User ID to a shorter number by selecting Option 6 in the Account Section of the Menu.
